Sterling Silver Jar & Ladle
Being offered is a sterling silver (mustard) jar and ladle. It was manufactured by the Richard Dimes Company for the Grogan Company. There is a cutout so the ladle fits right into the jar. On the other side there’s a handle so the jar can be passed from person to person. A gadroon pattern encircles the opening and handle. The jar has a glass liner so it’s easy to fill, wash and return without ever having to hassle with the silver. Standing on three feet, it is raised off the surface. It can be used as a mustard, honey or any condiment you choose jar.
