A legacy rooted in tradition, a business built on passion.
The love affair with sterling silver began not in a showroom, but at a family dining table. As a child, I was captivated by the way silver transformed a holiday into a celebration—how the glint of a finely set table elevated the simplest of meals into something truly special. My mother, ever the gracious host, instilled in me the value of beauty, care, and ritual. It was my responsibility to count every piece of silver flatware before the dishes were cleared—a task that became my first, unofficial apprenticeship in what would become a lifelong pursuit.
Though I formally opened the doors to my shop in 2000, my journey began much earlier. After completing graduate school in the late 1990s, I spent weekends scouring antique markets at dawn, long before online shopping existed. These early morning treasure hunts, fueled by curiosity and an innate appreciation for craft, sparked a small but steady demand from friends and collectors. What started as a hobby soon evolved into a calling—and eventually, a career.
By 2000, I had outgrown the dining room table I once sold from and established my first professional storefront. Fast forward to 2025, and I am proud to celebrate 25 years of curating timeless sterling silver pieces for collectors, stylists, entertainers, and everyday admirers alike.
Over the years, my focus has shifted from acquiring quantity to cultivating quality. Today, every item that enters my collection is personally selected with a keen eye for craftsmanship, rarity, and beauty. While not every piece is a museum treasure, each has been chosen because it adds value—either to the collection or to the life of the person who takes it home.
One of my greatest joys is dispelling the notion that sterling silver is reserved only for the elite. While some pieces are undeniably rare, many are accessible and priced for the thoughtful buyer who simply appreciates beauty. My goal has always been to make sterling silver approachable, to help others see it not as a luxury reserved for the few, but as a legacy anyone can bring into their home.
Like many entrepreneurs, I began with no formal business training. I learned about overhead, inventory, and expense management the hard way—through trial, error, and tenacity. What sustained me through those early years was an unwavering passion and a sincere love for the craft. Customers often tell me that my enthusiasm for what I do is contagious. For me, that is the ultimate compliment.
This business is deeply personal. I chose to use my own name because I wanted customers to know who stood behind every item on the shelf. I’m involved in every aspect—from sourcing and curating to restoration and sale—because I believe that integrity and intention should be the foundation of every transaction.
Throughout my journey, I’ve been fortunate to learn from some of the finest antique dealers in the country. Many of them have since retired or passed on, but their wisdom remains with me: buy with discernment, sell with honesty, and always lead with passion.
Understanding both the buying and selling sides of the trade has given me a rare perspective into what my clients value most. Whether they’re seeking a unique gift, building a collection, or looking for the perfect heirloom, I strive to source pieces that feel destined for their next owner. When I come across something truly special—something that speaks to a certain era or bears the marks of a life well-lived—I remember that beauty always finds its match, even if it takes time.
Each piece is evaluated on quality, weight, design, and uniqueness. Many arrive in need of repair, but with the help of my trusted senior silversmith, they are brought back to their original glory—dents removed, scratches buffed, but always with the original patina preserved. Especially for gift-giving, customers often seek perfection. Still, I never remove monograms or inscriptions. These marks tell stories—they are signatures of time, of love, of legacy. To me, they add value, they do not detract from it.
My appreciation for sterling silver spans across eras and aesthetics. I admire the ornate flourishes of old-world European design as much as I treasure the clean lines of Mid-century modern minimalism. Personally, I find endless inspiration in the fluidity of Art Nouveau and the geometry of Art Deco—two styles that continue to shape the way I view both silver and design.
At the heart of this business is a simple belief: beautiful things should be shared, admired, and preserved. Whether you’re here to browse, collect, gift, or simply discover—welcome. I’m honored to be part of your journey.
