We are happy to offer you this sterling silver Christmas ornament from 1978 by Lunt Silversmiths. The shape is oval with a cutout in the middle. On one side along the upper rim it says “Mousic of Christmas” while along the bottom “O Tree of green unchanging-you set my heart a singing”. A Christmas tree is in the center with the year 1978 etched in the center and a banner that reads “ O Tannenbaum” above it. On the flip side “O Christmas Tree” is engraved above the Christmas tree on a banner and along the bottom a group of children play and dance around the tree. A Christmas ornament is more that decorative, it becomes a family heirloom that gets passed from generation to generation.
