We are proud to offer this very rare pair of sterling silver and crystal compotes. They were made by the world renowned glass company, Hawkes of Corning, NY. Unlike most compotes that are round in shape, these are oval which is very rare to find. On each end the glass deeps down giving the piece an art nouveau feel. They have an acid-etched design of flowers, leaves and vines decorating going around the glass. The sterling base however is sleek and without any decoration, an interesting mix of old-world and modern.
